Ive pressed enter but turns back again to recovery.i dont have recovery tools, do u have alternate ways to repair this kind of problem??please help:(. Hi,I would appreciate if you could answer the following question:Were there any software or hardware changes made on the computer prior to this issue? The STATUSIMAGECHECKSUMMISMATCH bug check has a value of 0xC0000221. I can only hope I explain this satisfactorily. I also hope this has spell check because I can't believe I spelled that large word correctly. I started getting errors like page fault in non paged area and others I didn't choose to write down as I believedthe hard drive was failing.
I got a new ssd and installed 8.1 it worked fine for a few days then the errors started up again. I believed it to be a bad hard drive and under warranty they sent me a new one. I'm now getting the message at start up of tryingto install the operating system 'The Operating System Couldn't Be Loaded Because a Critical System Driver is Missing or Contains Errors. File WindowsSystem32DriversTcpip.sys.' I was advised by the hard drive manufacturer that my DVD laser eye might be malfunctioning.
I tried the disk in another computer and it worked and wanted to install 8.1. I assumed what he said was correct and put the DVD from the computer that could readthe disk into the one that couldn't. Same error message. Since there were 4 SATA choices on the board I tried different combos hoping one would give me satisfaction.
Always going into the bios and selecting wherever the bios found the DVD and the drive forstartup. Same error message always. I put the DVD back in it's original computer and the disk wants to install 8.1. I guessing bad mother board. Any thoughts? By the way I get the same error message from the 8 install disk. I just can't believe both disksare corrupt.
Hope someone has seen this before and resolved the issue.
